Founded in 2021 by Ty Simpson as a remote real estate transaction coordination service, Tiaina Shapelle, LLC was built on a foundation of operational excellence. Managing entrepreneurial endeavors alongside a career in real estate and program management revealed a powerful opportunity: connecting community-focused service with effective and efficient execution. Today, that experience serves as a bridge, turning vision into tangible experiences and measurable results.
A successful career as a program operations professional, afforded opportunities to support high-impact initiatives in the higher education, real estate, and non-profit sectors. Ty's professional journey includes commercial property management in Philadelphia, PA, and the Main Line, as well as real estate transaction coordination across three time zones.
Our most recent endeavor is transferring these project management skills—honed by managing processes with title companies, lenders, real estate agents, vendors, contractors, higher education professionals, and non-profits—to positively support business sale transactions.
